Founder and CEO, John Sayklay, invites you to discover the artisanal craftsmanship of cut proteins, not found on the retail level and typically not available to consumers. Their cutting goes beyond just custom cutting that you will find in your local butcher shop. Don’t confuse your grocery store’s “premium choice” label on beef. The USDA doesn’t regulate the word “Premium” and can create false expectations.

The BONE-IN Butcher Shop sources organic meat from local farmers to make a high-quality, distinctive product in small quantities. They stand by their uncompromised commitment to maintaining superior quality, outstanding marbling, and tight specifications that will enhance your dining experience.

They offer an artisan beef that redefines Premier Choice Beef, Wagyu, and Grass-Fed beef coupled with unmatched taste and flavor. They’ve even taken custom blend burgers to the next level with their fresh custom brisket/chuck patties that will leave guests wondering what’s your secret.

All of their beef is wet-aged for 28-days, and sealed for freshness in thick milled, high-density cryovac bags, and can be purchased whole or cut to order with 4-7 day lead time. As an added-value bonus, there is an additional 14-days of shelf life available, before it must be consumed or frozen. Whatever your craving from beef, pork, lamb, or poultry, they offer portion cuts and whole cuts, as well as bulk cases and half cases.

Customers can customize their on-line orders for home delivery. Can’t figure out what you want? Checkout their Combo Boxes. Seeking something special, we can accommodate your needs. If you don’t see what you need, come back tomorrow, because we are adding to our repertoire daily.

It’s grilling season! What better time than now for family, friends, and sports jockeys to enjoy fine quality dining “IN” at home.

We Received a Sample Pack of Meat to Try

Bone-in Butcher Shop sent us 4 steaks and 2 of what looked like Beef Sirloin Wagyu 8oz. It was not only easy to cut and chew, it was delicious.

I used a tablespoon of olive oil and butter in the cast iron skillet. Then added rosemary and thyme. I seared each side at high heat 2 1/2 minutes each. Then put it in a preheated oven of 425 degrees Farenheidt for 10 minutes. Inside it was more “medium” than medium rare.

Pin this for later…
